Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Melinda combines her passion for her hometown with years of business experience. Known for her trustworthy, hardworking, and honest nature she prides herself on keeping her clients informed, protected, and up to date throughout the entire transaction process, confidently guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Prior to starting her career in real estate, Melinda worked for 20 years in the apparel industry, in product development, buying, merchandising, and production. Being a veteran entrepreneur has served her well as she has a talent for negotiating and marketing, as well as a complex understanding of real estate and customer service.
During her days off, Melinda loves cooking, entertaining and long hikes with her family. She currently lives in Glendale with her husband, 2 daughters, and a menagerie of pets.
